Girls in Tech Event: London 2018
Ever wondered what its like to be a young female in the tech world? What sort of jobs are available? What to expect? Can someone offer me any advice? Then this event is for you!
Colt Data Centre Services are delighted to be hosting the Girls in Tech event later this month at our London offices. This free to attend event is aimed at young girls between the ages of 12-16 who are curious about careers in the technology world. The event brings the stories of a few inspirational women who shaped their career paths in tech.
Their stories showcase what’s possible in tech and how passion, capabilities and the right choices can make a real difference. We will also look at how STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) subjects at school can open up various career paths in the future including some unusual ones! So whether you are a young person wondering about your future career path, or a parent or guardian who is keen to find out more about how you can encourage young female talent into the industry, this event is for you!
